Fire Honey

Vacouver Island locally sourced Honey from free range bee's in the fire region. These bees harvest plants the are known as fire weed and are only grown in places that experience forest fires. This makes for a sweet and naturally smoky flavor of honey that can compliment a variety of things from teas to toast and even facials!
